Frequently Asked Questions
Most of them, yes. Give any new plant 3 to 5 days near a bright window before moving it to its final spot. Even a healthy, well-rooted plant needs a little time to adjust to a new home's light and humidity.
Every plant is individually sleeved in kraft paper, secured with a support stake if needed, and packed into a double-walled box with ventilation cuts. Succulents and cacti ship dry. Tropicals have their roots wrapped in damp coir to keep them fresh in transit.
Photograph it within 24 hours of delivery and send it to us on WhatsApp or email. We will reship or refund, no questions asked. We take full responsibility for anything that goes wrong in transit.
Yes. We ship to pincodes across India. Delivery times vary by location. We share a tracking link with every order so you know exactly when to expect it.
Very likely, yes. We include a care card with every plant written specifically for that variety, covering light, water, and the few things that actually matter. Most of what we stock is beginner-friendly. Spider plants, pothos, jades, and succulents are quite forgiving.
Absolutely. Add a note at checkout and we will include a handwritten card with the order. For larger gifting orders, reach out to us directly on WhatsApp and we will sort something out.
Ignore fixed schedules and check the soil instead. Push your finger about an inch into the soil. If it feels damp, wait. If it is dry, water thoroughly until it drains from the bottom. Overwatering is far more common than underwatering.
We try neem-based and biological controls first and only step up to targeted chemical intervention when absolutely necessary. Our base fertiliser programme uses vermicompost and organic liquid feeds.
